1. Week 6 IT 20 Who to who? (reversible word order) This teacher led activity focuses on word order for English sentences, looking at the ‘Who’, which can sometimes be reversible depending on the picture being described. There are pictures for the children to discuss ‘who’ is doing the action to ‘who’ (or ‘what’), which is indicated each time by the flashing arrow. The next slides are answer sheets (see next 2 slides). Children should write in their choices of ‘who’, when a pencil appears on the screen. ‘Why’ then appears on screen to prompt them to discuss their choice. After this, correct feedback appears. Depending on the picture being shown, is it: e.g. ‘ The cat sees the dog’.or ‘The dog sees the cat’ ? ‘ The girl hits the ball’. or ‘The ball hits the girl’’ ?
