1 What makes for a good president of our country? Who should be President?

2 Age How old should a president be? According to the Constitution, what is the youngest age a President can be? What is the oldest age? What are the advantages of being older? Of being younger?

3 Oldest and youngest U.S. presidents Theodore Roosevelt, at 42, was the youngest. Ronald Reagan was the oldest at 69.

4 Gender Should a president be a man or a woman? Are there any advantages or disadvantages of having a male president? Are there any advantages or disadvantages of having a female president?

5 No woman has yet been elected President, although a woman, Geraldine Ferraro, ran for Vice-President.

6 How much education should a president have? Elementary school? High school? College?

7 Most Presidents went to college, but nine did not. Andrew Johnson couldn't read until he was 14; he didn’t learn to write until after he was married.

8 Marital Status Should a president be married? Are there any advantages to being single?

9 All Presidents were married during their terms except five: Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Martin Van Buren, James Buchanan and Chester A. Arthur
