Your Link to Knowledge Don’t Forget… You will need your Library User ID (Students: bar code number on IESE ID card; Members: on membership card; and Faculty: contact us) and PIN (notified by email, subject: Library Notice-). You only can place a hold on books that are currently on loan. When a copy is available for you to collect you will be notified by email. If the book hasn’t been collected one week after the notice was send the reserve will be cancelled automatically. Ask for help at the Library desk if any items fail to be reserved of if you don’t know your Library User ID and PIN
