4. 1) It must be non-transportation related; 2) It must have an aggregate aboveground storage capacity equal to or greater than 1,320 gallons or a completely buried storage capacity of 42,0000 gallons or more; 3) There must be a reasonable expectation of discharge into or upon navigable waters or adjoining shorelines. Requirements Reviewed and certified by a licensed Professional Engineer Maintained at the facility if the facility attended at least four hours per day, or at the nearest field office if the facility is not so attended Available to the Regional Administrator (EPA) for on-site review during normal working hours Reviewed and updated every 5 years
