1. ARTERY VEIN CAPILLARY ARTERIES- carry blood Away from heart clean oxygenated blood except for Pulmonary Artery VEINS- carry blood towards the heart “dirty” blood with wastes except for Pulmonary vein CAPILARIES- exchange of blood between arteries and veins

4. BLOOD PRESSURE Blood Pressure is the force of blood against a vessel wall as the heart contracts and then relaxes. The contraction number is the SYSTOLIC. The relaxed number is the DIASTOLIC 120/80 is an example of a normal adult BP
