Team Managers – you need to be in “THE SYSTEM” Printing Match Cards

First Login There should be a link to the Team Managers section from the clubs website. (depends if the club in question has set it up or not). If not, the TeamManagers section can be found at http://KDSAxxxxx.calfordgreen.com/TeamManagers where xxxxx is the Club Code as defined by KDSA. http://KDSAxxxxx.calfordgreen.com/TeamManagers Clubs that have a website hosted through MyClubMate will have their team managers section at http://clubwebsite.url/TeamManagers YOUR Email address (or at least whatever your club has entered as your email address!) Enter the Team Password as defined by the Club select your team from the drop down list…. And click on the Login button…

It is worthwhile adding players Shirt Numbers if players keep their own shirts each week Print and keep a copy of the Team Members as this has useful info including Emergency Contacts and any Medical conditions Click Print Match Card each week…

Doh! If you get a message saying that the Team Name can’t be found in the draw system, then this probably means that the Club didn’t conform to KDSA naming standards for the team name. Give your club registrar a tap on the shoulder and remember they have probably given a large number of hours to the club already this year!!!!

This is what you should see Click to Print Match cards If a Squad, don’t forget to print BOTH firsts AND Reserves Games displayed in Date & Time order Opposing Club Colours Displayed so you know if a clash will occur Use this to print out generic match cards with player info but no game details, in case of emergencies such as printer not working! Keep a few in your team bags Use this to print out completely blank match cards

A squashed but complete Match Card

The Top Half in Detail Date, Time, Ground etc all filled in automatically Shirts numbers filled in if entered in the system depending on Format Enough room for up to 42 players for Squads Match cards might have only a Shirt # column which is completed by the manager if a Player Plays or might have a tick box as below for players played

Bottom half in Detail 2 cards printed, 1 from each club – both need to be signed by both managers Depending on the Format Used in each Age Group, Managers should either enter Shirt # or Tick players actually playing Age Group specific Adjustments printed at the bottom for easy reference

EMCs – Tips and Questions One tip is to print out a number of spares and keep them in your bag just in case Any others – let me know please and I will share them Questions – ask your liaison and if they don’t know, they will find out

For Discussion Strip clash – home team changes Wet Weather checking the photo ID cards is COMPULSORY. Opposing managers MUST check player's shirt number, and match card correctness.

Interchange All Age Divisions PLR, 2R, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Over 35s Over 45s Premier League firsts & AA2 firsts - substitution Applies to:

Problems? Manager may mark on the match card “Match in Dispute”. However, please try to resolve any issues between team Manager’s at the ground. Use your commonsense. Notify your division liaison person on the day of the match Submit a report in writing detailing circumstances to Men’s Football Committee within 7 days via the Club Secretary Men’s Football Committee does not require dispute to be lodged to initiate an investigation.

Referees & Club Officials Premier League and AA 2 – one referee per squad AA3 – 2 referees per squad Other squads AA, O35, three referees Other teams AA, O35, O45, U21 three referees At least one club official (plus 1 AR) must be available to officiate at matches when their team is home team Teams – need to provide 3 officials for the other game on their ground

Club Officials Club Officials : Club officials will be issued: shirt, flags, cards, rule book & whistle once they have completed their training. Club officials have the same “powers” as a KDFRA official and are expected to act appropriately.
