3. Lesvos & Chios MdM - Greece Doctors of the World – Greece are standing by the side of migrants supporting their needs in both medical and social services. Greece, due to its geographical position, is a key entry point to Europe for thousands of refugees and migrants. Regions like Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Leros, Evros and many other land and sea borders are frequent entry points. Entry Points Situation in the field The current infrastructure is inadequate and cannot cover the numerous needs or solve the issues, especially those related to medical care.
