4. Once you are Logged in check your Organization setting in: My Profile

5. Select My Profile

6. Check your Primary Organization setting, if it is not:
MHS-Military Health Systems
Click: Select Primary Organization

7. In the search box type in:
Military Health
(then apply filter)
2. Select:
MHS-Military Health System
Click on select organization

8. VERY IMPORTANT CLICK SAVE !!!

9. and Select Course Catalog
Go to the top of the
My Profile page
and Select Course Catalog

10. Type in: HIPAA
(spelling counts!)
2. Then click search

11. Select enroll, make sure course is
HIPAA DHA-US001

12. Click Continue!

13. Click Launch.

14. Click Start.

15. Select job position, and submit response
Select job position, and submit response. Do not worry if not exactly in your field; all go to the same training process.

16. Select Item #3. No, I need annual training
Select Item #3. No, I need annual training. (this is for refresher training)
Then submit Response.

17. Simply follow the instructions from this point.
