Kit collection & register in Conference Room
Students will need to be in school no later than 8.45am

4. PGL Barton Hall in Devon – approx 3 miles from Torquay.

5. Activities
Groups of 12 students with 1-3 PGL staff and a member of school staff.
Students will need a packed lunch for Monday

Supervised at all times outside rooms
Teachers on duty outside accommodation in evenings

Important: Please encourage students to contact school staff (NOT home) first if unhappy. We will contact home if necessary.

11. Behaviour Outstanding behaviour anticipated
You will be required to collect them or cover cost of transport if they have to be sent home
Students will have briefing on this and whole trip

Medical/Disability information will be similarly collected and catered for
Medication – separate named bag, clear dosage/timing instructions and handed to me prior to departure
