Task: a) Each week you will answer ONE / TWO paper 2 style questions b) You will need to carefully read how to answer the question (on following slides) c) Then draft and answer it according to the help slide for each one. d) You then need to hand it into Ms Rios on the Monday lesson or it to me the same day. e) If there are problems you will need to contact me the Friday before the lesson – if you do not this will be regarded as a ‘no homework’ and referred to Ms Cook Good Luck Deadlines: Question 1: should be completed already – so hand to Ms Rios in the lesson today please (Monday 3rd November) Question 2 and 3: Due Monday 10th November Question 4 and 5: Due Monday 17th November Question 6: Due Monday 24th November

2 Paper 2 questions 1) Study Sources A and B. How far do these two sources agree? Explain your answer using details of the sources. [7] 2) Study Source C. Why was this source published in May 1919? Explain your answer using details of the source and your knowledge. [8] 3) Study Sources D and E. Does Source D prove that Source E is wrong? Explain your answer using details of the sources and your knowledge. [8] 4) Study Sources F and G. How far would these two cartoonists have agreed with each other? Explain your answer using details of the sources and your knowledge. [8] 5) Study Source H. Are you surprised by Source H? Explain your answer using details of the source and your knowledge. [7] 6) Study all the sources. How far do these sources provide convincing evidence that the peacemakers got what they wanted from the peace settlement? Use the sources to explain your answer. [12] Tips: The style of questions will be the same for all paper 2s. Make sure you understand what the question is asking Do you need your own knowledge or just the sources?

4 Study Source F What is the cartoonist trying to say about the situation in 1919? Think: What are they hiding? What are they all singing together? Why is the Wilson in charge (who is is produced for?) What doues Wilson think is happening? What is actually happening?

[8) What do the cartoonists agree on is going to happen to everlasting peace? (2 points explained) What do they not agree on as far as the future is concerned? (2 points explained) Overall how much do they agree on a scale of 1-10? Explain your answer!
