11 CCRP – Manager Tool Kit The Toolkit for Managers will include the following: Discussion Guide -designed to help managers prepare for staff discussions. Talking Points – providing guidance on things to say when talking about the job structure and job specifications with staff Sensitive Discussions - designed to help Managers feel more comfortable and confident when navigating difficult discussions. FAQs – providing commonly asked questions and answers that may arise during the implementation of this Classification and Compensation Redesign Project (CCRP).

12 CCRP- Launch Timeline Anticipated launch date is July 4th, 2015
We are coordinating with HRIS for system upload with least disruptive process. We will communicate any changes associated with PantherSoft HR, compensation actions, and/or classification changes impacting business process on or before May 8th.
