FL Program Incentives Foreign Language Express Scholarship Program –Immediate activation, no central board –Includes some area studies majors Study Abroad (AFROTC’s approval required) –Limited to one term –Scholarship and Stipend continues (if on scholarship) –NO funds for travel / room & board FY09 National Defense Authorization Act –Foreign Language Incentive Pay –Cadets successfully completing FL course can receive up to $3,000 annually
