2 History: The history of track and field event was started way back in 776 BC. The first foot race was held at the first Olympic festival in ancient Greece.

7 What do you like most about Track and Field? I like track and field because you get to see people run at there fullest potential. Also you can get to see how high people can jump and it works your legs out.
