Gain an understanding of the needs of Subject Matter Experts when they develop training. Collaborate with KLINK developers to create resources that would educate and support Subject Matter Experts. Establish a website that would house resource material for Subject Matter Experts. The resource material should be organized in a way that speaks to the lessons learned from the chat sessions. BACKGROUND Training resources are not readily available or shared at my institution and developing training is challenging and undervalued. There are multiple opportunities at Penn to make the training development process more efficient by sharing resources and improving communication between Subject Matter Experts and Instructional Designers.
