Bonnie Prince Charlie’s real name was Charles Edward Louis John Casimir Silvester Severino Maria Stuart. Bonnie Prince Charlie and his family had been exiled to France. His family wanted him to regain the British throne. Bonnie Prince Charlie had an army. Most of his army got killed and wounded in the battle of Culloden but Charles managed escape to the highlands. The British government wanted him dead or alive because he was a threat. Charles disguised himself as Flora McDonald a maid and hid in the Isle of Skye.
