How it Works Super Plastic Forming is a unique hot forming process for aluminum sheet material. Air at high pressure is blown at controlled speeds to form desired shapes & geometries The material is stretched for up to 1000% Benefits of SPF It reduces overall vehicle weight In some cases it eliminates sub-assemblies It reduces CAPEX on program launches
