9 Adding your research to ORA Check copyright and other permissions – ORA team can help Locate appropriate electronic version of item(s) Info about the item(s) – title, authors, publication status, peer-reviewed, copyright holder Go to http://ora.ouls.ox.ac.uk, click on ‘Contribute’, enter Oxford username and password, and complete online deposit formhttp://ora.ouls.ox.ac.uk

10 What happens next Each submission goes to the review stage where the data and files will be checked We will contact you if there are any problems Item(s) added to main archive – open or closed access You will be sent the persistent URL for your item’s ORA record page

11 ORA for Theses Postgraduate research students registered on a D.Phil or M.
