What is PERSGA  It is an intergovernmental organization governed by a Council which includes environmental ministers from each of the SEVEN PERSGA member states,  PERSGA is funded by the member states, who all contribute to its budget in addition to some funds from other regional and international donors,  PERSGA carries out its activities in close cooperation with other international organizations such as ALECSO, ROPME, UNDP, UNEP, The World Bank, IsDB, IUCN and IMO,
