The Bodily Resurrection Of Jesus

The Resurrection Of Jesus…

[47] When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, "Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is nothing false." [48] "How do you know me?" Nathanael asked. Jesus answered, "I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you."

[49] Then Nathanael declared, "Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel." [50] Jesus said, "You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You shall see greater things than that."

[4] [Jesus] was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead.

The Resurrection Of Jesus…

[9] Jesus had to rise from the dead.

[25] He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.

[9] That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

[12] Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

The Resurrection Of Jesus…

[24] But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.

[15] You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.

[2] They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.

[10] I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, [11] and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.

[18] I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

[19] and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength,

[20] which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms…

The Resurrection Of Jesus…

[9] That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

[30] In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. [31] For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to all men by raising him from the dead."

[3] Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?

[4] We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

[5] If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection.

[11] In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by the hands of men but with the circumcision done by Christ,

[12] having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.
