Homepage The first thing you must do is enter the college web address in the address bar. After the home page has loaded, you must click on the “Current Students” hyperlink.

User Name & Password After clicking the “Current Students” hyperlink, this dialogue box will appear on your screen. To access the CMS Intranet you will be required to enter you user name and CMS password. This is to ensure that only members of the college are able to use the Intranet.

The CMS Intranet After entering your user name and password, you will have successfully accessed the CMS Intranet.

What is an Intranet? An Intranet is an internal network, used by members of the university. An Intranet is in place to provide you information on things (where you can find administrators, course work results, timetables, etc) within the university. By using the Intranet you will be able to access a range of online resources to help you with your studies.

What is on the Intranet On the intranet you will find a range of hyperlinks such as; Class timetables. Information on administrators and staff. Course work information. Your e-mails. Your own area, where you are able to see your uploaded coursework, tutorial groups and your attendance record.
