3 Koch Square Snowflake (problems 7 and 8)  Start. Start with a solid square  Step 1. Divide each side of the wquare into three equal segments and attach to the middle segment of each side a solid square with sides of length one-third the length of the sides of the wquare  Step 2. Divide each side of the figure obtained in the previous step into three equal segments and attach to the middle segment of each side a solid square with sides of length one third the length of the previous side.
