2 Bangladesh is surrounded by India on three sides. Its geographical location places the Himalayas in the north and the Bay of Bengal in the south. http://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_ of_Bangladesh.svg Bangladesh is located in the north-eastern part of South Asia. The country’s geography covers approximately 147,570 square kilometers. Many rivers cross the country. The beach is approximately 121 km long. Srimangal is considered the tea capital of Bangladesh. Very few visitors get the opportunity to tour the estates as they are mostly privately owned.
