6. 6 How Does e-Buy Work?  Find the category of the product/service you wish to purchase  Choose the sellers whom you would like to quote on the RFQ  Enter your RFQ requirements  Specify the time frame the RFQ will remain open  Review quotes and notify sellers  Make a purchasing decision based on “Best Value” criteria  Create a purchase order
