5. 12/12/10 Template from www.brainybetty.com5 Criteria to launch an alert There is information available that, if disseminated to the general public, could assist in the safe recovery of the victim, (ie: description of suspect's vehicle, lic. plate number, suspect is known). If the above criteria are not met, the alert should not be activated. Anyway, alert should not launched in any case it could endanger victim's life or interfere with investigations.

Alert will be aired per 3 hours, plus 2 hours if needed
