4. Objective 3 Review state criminal law prohibiting the sexual abuse of persons under correctional supervision -- their content and importance and relevance to investigations

5. Objective 4 Review the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA) and identify its impact on investigations of staff sexual misconduct with persons under correctional supervision

6. Objective 5 Identify appropriate strategies for training investigators
