 Modification to epro requisition to compare account with dollar amount if an equipment account is used on the transaction.  The amount check first happens at the req level and if the overall amount is less than the 5K than the user will be issued an error message prompting to change the equipment account to a non- equipment account.  If the total req amount is equal to or greater than 5K, but the line level combination is not deemed to be an equipment purchase, the user will be issued a warning to update the account.  If the purchase is deemed as an equipment purchase, the account will be grayed out. Additionally, if deemed as an equipment purchase, user will be prompted to update the location field.

 ePro requisitions will be required to pass budget check before routing for approval  Requestors will be able to budget check pending requisitions to ensure once they are approved, budget check issues do not prevent it from a timely dispatch.  This will greatly enhance the service of the buyers assisting users in getting their reqs made into POs

 Buyers will be allowed to perform a change request on an epro req even when it’s been invoiced  epro req can not be reduced to less than invoiced amount

 Enhancements scheduled for late July/August release

 Effective August 1, 2008, the due date to submit completed P-Card Statements is the 15th of the month. Therefore, the P-Card Statement for the July billing cycle is due by August 15.  Effective November 1, 2008, a late statement will be counted as an infraction. “Late statement” is defined as a statement that has not been received in the Accounts Payable/P-Card Office by the 15th of the month. Please note that turning in the statement after the 15th will not remove the infraction from the cardholder's record.  The new P-Card Statement submission deadline does not impact transaction reconciliation in M-Pathways. P-Card reconciliation must be completed by the 27th of the month  Beginning in August 2008, a statement will be added to the signature line on the Pcard Statement for approvers attesting to having taken the approver course in the last 12 months and transactions are deemed business appropriate according to University policies. Pcard holders will have a statement as well.
