8 Recognizing Disrespectful Work Environments Ranges from small ongoing behaviors that build up to isolated incidents. Also, there are behaviors you are not sure about, and others that are clearly recognizable. 31 Office of Diversity & Equity Human Resources OSD-NEO All full-time University employees are required to attend Diversity Training and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. These baseline training sessions which are run by the Office of Diversity & Equity are not annual trainings. Once you complete the baseline training sessions, you will be required to attend refresher sessions every couple of years. There are no sessions being offered during the summer months. However, the training will resume in September 2010. Once the schedule dates have been established, a University-wide email will be sent advising you of the dates.
