What I didn’t realize I was mastering the subject I was reviving my creative self. I was becoming known for my drawing skills I was creating the knowledge base and tools I would later need. I had created a powerful forward momentum.

Things evolve unexpectedly… Back to Carpentry and Miserable Sending out Resume and Not getting much response. Feeling isolated and discouraged A position opens at the Art Institute of New England for a Drawing Teacher I am recommended by a CCT student who became familiar with my Drawing ability. Later, I discover they hire me because of my passion, knowledge of the field, and skill in Editorial Cartooning.

A position opens at the Art Institute of New England for a Drawing Teacher… I could Not have gotten this position if I was not prepared: A portfolio of my work First hand Knowledge of the Field A Record of my professional work An ability to discuss education in terms of Critical and Creative Thinking. Amazingly, these are direct outcomes of my Synthesis & Practicum work.

Now and Future I am currently teaching 4 courses in Drawing at A.I.N.E I have taught five workshops on editorial cartooning at A.I.N.E I am the Education Director of the Newton Boys and Girls Club Mid-Process on a Comic Book Project and looking forward to publication soon!
