In addition, all computers will be upgraded to Windows Vista & Office 2007.

4 Class A Computer Upgrades
Ten class A users can use computers from class B since they already have the required specifications. Additional six class B computers have to be upgraded to a main memory of 1GB in order to be used by class A users.

5 Class B Computer Upgrades
Five class B users can use the computers from class C after a main-memory upgrade to 2GB. New computers will have to be purchased for the remaining 17 class B users since an overall upgrade of all specifications would be more expensive than purchasing a new computer with the mentioned requirements.

6 Class C Computer Upgrades
All Class C users will receive brand new computers with the required specifications.

7 New Purchases of Class B & C Computers
After upgrading existing computers, 17 class B & five class C users receive a new Dell computer. The decision for Dell is based on a low-price agreement that the companies already have for several years. All computers are laptops that give the users more mobility than desktop computers.
