6 Triage If time-pressed, prioritize your work: 1) Contrast, Alignment, Repetition, and Proximity (see Part 2) 2) Work on External Content (see Part 3) 3) Transitions between slides (see Part 3) 4) Animation of elements within slides (see Part 3)

7 Audience What is your audience expecting –in terms of technology? –in terms of content?

8 Relax Remain calm The best PowerPoint is still just slides strung together with transitions.
