Who are “the sparrows”? Anson Bladen Cumberland Harnett Hoke Lee Montgomery Moore Randolph Richmond Sampson Scotland The Robeson County Health Department will Serve as the lead agency and fiscal agent for the Sparrow Project, providing project supervision, oversight, and linkage to community resources.
