11 Rebudgeting & FDP FDP is the Federal Demonstration Partnership. Purdue became a member on October 1, 2002. Awards made prior to this date may not be under FDP, check your award information. Continued…

13 Carryforward Requires Sponsor Approval: –Centers (P50, P60, P30) –Cooperative Agreements (U) –Training Grants (T) –Non-Fast Track Phase I SBIR & STTR (R43 & R41) –Clinical Trials Continued…

14 Carryforward Automatic Carryforward –Awards using SNAP Must indicate on progress report if the estimated unobligated balance is greater than 25% of current year’s total approved budget –Awards under expanded authorities and NOT SNAP

15 NTP’s on NCR’s The purpose of putting NCR’s on a Purdue- backed NTP is to be more proactive on the NCR accounts. To determine what accounts will be going on NTP, we will be running a brio query to find out what projects end during that month Continued….

16 NTP’s on NCR’s We will check SPTS and the Commons to see if there are pending NCR’s in those two systems Once it is determined an NCR is going to be placed on NTP, we will contact the department concerning minors, etc.
