6 My Role IT Staff  Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer networks.  Manage and respond to computer related issues via support help desk.  Work with some librarians to develop in-house software. Instructional Librarians  Teach students how to research.  Technology savvy librarians show the others new technologies.  Call the help desk if the computer does not work. ME  Show librarians innovative technologies that can be incorporated into their instructions.  Manage and respond to computer related issues via support help desk.
