Outline of Approach User Interface (Screen, Bill Acceptor) Motorola 68000 Microprocessor Non-Volatile RAM EEPROM Electronically Controllable Valves (solenoids)

L.U.S.H General Configuration

User Interface LCD screen to view drink availability and selections Numeric key pad to scroll through options and enter pin numbers Bill acceptor to pay for drinks

Software Drink Database Liquor/Mixer Availability Liquor/Mixer Type with Valve Address Payment Verifier

Valves Use a series of solenoid valves to control the flow of liquid Solenoids will be controlled by micro controller

Two Solenoid System Attached to the bottle is a 1 oz tubing Each end will have a solenoid Closing the bottom solenoid and opening the top one will fill the 1oz tube Closing the top one and opening the bottom will dispense the 1oz liquid Top Valve 1 oz Tubing Bottom Valve

Bill Acceptor Accepts one dollar bills to credit towards drinks Sends signal to microprocessor

Division of Labor Programming: Andrew, Heather, and Mike Construction: Taymoor and Pezh Testing: Taymoor, Heather, and Pezh User Manual: Andrew and Mike

Schedule

Risks Placing a bottle in the wrong receptacle Valves will allow variable volumes due to changing pressure in the bottle Severe hangover

Contingencies Use variables for the bottle location in the software that can be updated according to content Replace valves with pumps Chaser pill dispenser
