2. Load a photo and draw a Region of Interest (ROI). Click the Show ROI button.

3. Click on or in the vicinity of a wrinkle to start the tracking procedure.

4. The system tracks the wrinkle in between the two green guiding lines. The average wrinkle profile is displayed.

5. Click the Wrinkle Structure button to display a 3D cross section view. Up to ten wrinkle segments can be tracked in the same photo.

6. Click Save Session to save the displayed session. Click Step Through to successively display the different wrinkle profiles.

7. Click the Display Trend button to open the Trend Monitor. The six sessions displayed (with three wrinkles in each session) show how the depth of wrinkles increase when frowning.

8. Click the Wrinkle button to display the same information with wrinkle number along the independent axis.
