Late papers: 1/3 grade for every day late Cheating and Plagiarism: I will report you to the Dean for even a minor infraction. You will receive an F on any paper that contains plagiarized/copied material. –ALL essays must be uploaded to turnitin.com.

Is our system of government fair? To whom? By what standards?
