Demonstrate commercial viability and market potential. Show potential benefit to the state of Kansas. Be relevant and have realistic project timeline. Have appropriate IP protection strategy. Demonstrate solid understanding of the business impact of associated technologies. Address a synergy with the Center’s stakeholders’ criteria.
