Clinical Update Billing company (SSC) performing inconsistently- working on remediation Volume: visits up 5.3% YTD; wRVU’s up 3.9% BMC – Strategic plan to be unveiled soon – Financial performance improved – Inpatient volume down – Outpatient volume up – BMC HeathNet Plan had profitable year – Management Services Organization being revitalized – Faculty Practice Plan being reorganized into stronger central authority
