Digital Integration focuses on equal access to changed lifestyles and labor markets. Training, further education and careers concentrates on gender-oriented vocational and life planning and the transition from school to work. Higher education, science and research intensifies efforts to promote talented young women in academic subjects and research.

Selected Projects – Girls’Day Girls‘Day – Future Prospects for Girls ●Every 4 th Thursday of April technical enterprises, universities, research centers and other organizations invite to an open day for girls – the Girls’Day ●The nationwide campaign presents a wide range of professions in technology, ICT, natural sciences and crafts to girls from grade 5 to 10 ●The vocational choices of girls are influenced in a very positive way ●The Girls’Day encourages the surroundings of young women - families, school, media and employers – to participate and change their common attitudes ●The next Girls’Day is on the 26 th of April 2007
