NC is 10 th most Populous State in the Nation with 9,535,483 Hispanic/Latinos in NC 800,120 or 8.4% NC population (16 th ) In 2000 Latinos were 4.7% almost doubled in 2010 Between 1990 and 2010 Latino Pop. in NC grew by 643% 50 % Latinos in NC are Foreign Born (entered in1999) 36% entered during the 1999’s and 14% before 1990

Focus Sectors: Construction, Professional, Scientific, Technical, Administration and Support Median Age 23, therefore it will drive NC Labor Force In 2009, Latino Purchasing Power in NC was $12.8 Billion Generated $2.4 billion in Labor Income $455 million in Tax Revenue $661 million in Federal Tax Revenue

Created a Strategic Alliance with Atlanta LACC in 2011….
