10 Mode Shapes With a model of the motor attached, the first 4 modes are: –Two perpendicular rocking modes at 131 Hz –One axial translation mode at 138 Hz –One pure torque mode at 310 Hz. Modal frequencies will decrease slightly with a hand wheel attached. –The torque mode may not be affected depending on the assumed motor controller.
