This is a local policy to be implemented by the office of financial aid.

Problem 1: This is like a power justification, but does not actually relate to companies’ power to affect the policy. Says nothing about position. Problem 2: Rating is too high. If loan companies had any power to influence over SU’s decisions about tuition, it would be very low. Problem 3: Rating should be higher because student loans are a big market.

28 Things to remember… Know your players! Know the difference between position, power, and priority, and pay attention to your justifications. Make sure your probability percentage isn’t unreasonable. High percentages mean that it would be very successful and would have already been implemented. Double check multiplication in Prince Chart and probability calculation.
