3 May 2015 Submission doc.: 05-15-1082-04-00aj Shiwen He, Haiming Wang Control PHY PPDU Format The control PHY frame is composed of the QMG control PHY STF, QMG control PHY CEF, QMG control PHY SIG, QMG control PHY Data field, and possibly AGC and TRN-R/T subfields. The QMG Control PHY Short Training field (STF) is composed of a series repetitions of the sequence ZCZ of length 256. The QMG Control PHY Channel Estimation field (CEF) is illustrated in Figure 1 for 540 MHz channel. For 1080MHz SC transmission, the STF fields, the CEF fields and the SIG fields are transmitted with duplicated style. In this situation the mask of the spectrum is illustrated in Figure 6. The QMG SC PHY SCTF is only used for 1080MHz SC transmission. In this situation the mask of the spectrum is illustrated in Figure 7. The QMG OFDM PHY Channel Estimation field (CEF) is illustrated in Figure 9 and Figure 10 for 540 MHz channel bandwidth and 1080 MHz channel bandwidth, respectively.
