Notes  Our SAS supports Activation of exclusion zone for a spectrum chunk Vacating of CBSDs operating in an interrupted spectrum chunk Reassignment of channels to CBSDs Tiered access Aggregation of sensing data  Our testbed supports novel band aggregation to achieve high capacity  Support for DTV (470-700 MHz whitespace) and other bands feasible

Conclusions  Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs has developed an end-to-end platform and testbed for shared spectrum use in future wireless networks Demonstrates sharing and aggregation of spectrum bands  At-scale explorations are critical to proving how well spectrum sharing will work in federal spectrum Such proof essential for incumbents to be reassured of protection and for a viable business case for secondary network Needs joint exploration with incumbent Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs can be a key partner in such exploration
