4 Mission of Centricity Business University The mission of Centricity Business University is to ensure that our employees have in-depth knowledge of Centricity Business prior to their first day of work in the clinic. The training program achieves this mission by providing comprehensive training during a five day training course that includes mock clinics, games and competencies. We also offer regularly scheduled refresher training for existing employees. This training is designed to “remind them of what they already know”, as well as teach new modules, features and go more in-depth once they have the basics. 17  I learned so much with this course!! Good job !!  Great course, I feel very prepared!  You guys were awesome. Thank you for being patient with me. I loved the Repetition.  The trainers are great!!! Couldn’t ask for better girls to train the class. Had fun and feel comfortable with the system now.  The material was presented in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The extra review slides were helpful.  Great presentation and explanation of everything, also made the course fun and enjoyable.  The handouts with the detailed steps are very helpful. I liked how there were a lot of demonstrations and hands on time. It makes it easier when learning and of course the teachers were GREAT!  I felt the instructors had a lot of knowledge and took their time to explain details not only of what to do but the reasons for doing them and what happens next.  The only comment I have is that I found it to be excellent and should be required for everyone new to SIU.
