4 Key issues for international students Adjustment to British jobs market and competency based recruitment used by UK and global employers. Careers and Employability Centre is not a placement service: we help and support students in their job search but we do not place students in a job directly. Earning money and part-time work: promoted c.5K vacancies in 2013/2014 including Graduate Jobs (2556), Placements (1326) part-time (361) and vacation internships (571) Sussex economy is made of a few large employers but around 90% are small and medium-sized employers in the digital media, leisure, hotel and catering, financial services and retail sectors.

Learning to Lead: 120 students took part in intensive leadership training this year Careers Fair: attracted 3500 students, 100 employers in 2014
