Conclusion The postal service is an infrastructure services in the same way as telecommunications, piped gas and electricity, water supply, sanitation and sewerage etc. It has distribution network; accessible to all citizens and firms; has standardised services and responsible for a universal service. It has to be given its proper recognition and financing by the Government The National Addressing initiative is not for the Post Office alone, is for the whole spectrum of the social economic setting of a country. Online businesses must be able to rely on a delivery infrastructure that is efficient, dependable, and fast. Posts offer an extensive network of processing and delivery facilities to meet that need.
