8 Supported by GPTQ and Greater Metro South Brisbane Medicare Local Funding from James Cook University Australia IMPLEMENTATION GP supervisors recruited Implementing it in general practice: learning resources distributed to GP supervisors non-GP health professionals selected based on existing relationships by the practice supervisors and non-GP health professionals were briefed regarding the project aims, and approach, including their roles. follow up and coordination by lead GP.

It will be then compared to the pre-implementation evaluation results. Results will assist in evaluating the interprofessional relationships and develop a robust model to ensure sustainability of the program within general practice settings
