2. General Dosing is a dynamic firm that has inherited all the significant experiences since 1985 in companies whose purpose has always been the supply of dosing and pneumatic conveying systems. THE MISSION Today the company’s mission consists in offering and delivering wide technical solutions for the bulk raw materials handling. THE COMPANY This Company consists in a team of specialists and engineers, with over 25 years of experience, whose aim is to design tailor made solutions for customers. This branch mainly deals with the continuous dosing and weighing processes, either gravimetric or volumetric. The jobs usually consist in supplying either stand alone machines or complete integrated systems. Also pneumatic conveying systems can be provided as refilling units for the dosing machines. 3. Powder materials, granular materials as well as liquids and fluids can be normally handled. In the years has been gained a wide experience in the plastic extrusion, in the human food and in the feedstuff industry. Also in the chemicals, in the tiles and concrete industry important projects have been carried out. 4. Management - General Management Office - n. 1 Eng. has the function of General Manager and Sales Manager. He also acts as Project and Product Manager. - Marketing Office - n.1 Marketing Manager builds and develops relationships with key accounts, distributors and agents. This Office also handles new customers targeting and Sector Promotion. - Operational Management and Quality Office n.1 Eng. acts as Controller performing the projects industrial accountings ( book keeping is outsourced ). Also CE and Atex compliances, as well as for the technical manuals, are activities performed by this Office. - Mechanical Technical Office n.1 Mechanical Eng. handles the projects, including the details drawings of the machines and the budgeting job orders for the mechanical items. 5. - Electrical Technical Office n.1 Electrical Eng. designs the board machine and the electric system concerning the projects and deals the budgeting job orders for the electrical items and electronic devices. He purchases the commercial components and follows the electrical warehouse logistics. He is also responsible for the technical after sales service and start-up at customers. - Automation Office n.1 Software Eng. develops the software for the logic controls of the utilities provided in the projects. He is specialized in Plc automation and is also involved in technical service and start-up at customers as well as automation R&D. The most used Plc brands are Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley. n.1 Software Eng. develops SCADA and Supervisory Software for the multi-machine systems - Workshop Foreman n.1 trained mechanic takes care laboratory tests and the production organization. 5General Dosing Company Profile

6. Manufacturing The production department takes care of the following stages of production: Small parts stainless steel carpentry welding. Mechanical assembly of semi-finished products and complete machinery. Electrical and electro-pneumatic board machine. In-house testing and inspection. Packing and shipping. Laser cut carpentry and Cad-Cam mechanical working on design are outsourced. Projects are carried out in collaboration with other accredited sub suppliers and partners companies, either for the mechanical or for the electrical components.
