4 What is it? a repository of high quality digital media resources aligned with Common Core Standards purpose built & designed for classroom use integrates technology in the classroom supplementary material to teach core subjects and the arts includes teacher professional development unlike like any other media service on the market New learning media service

A piece of digital media, a document, or interactive “game” targeting a learning goal and aligned with standards - such as: Short videos (usually 1 – 8 minutes ) Animations demonstrating a concept A primary source object (i.e. The Declaration of Independence), historic photo or newspaper clipping An interactive like student fill-in-the-blank or manipulated tools Radio documentary, print article, lesson plan, discussion guide, teaching tips, activity sheets, and more
